Our story begins in 1907 with the founding of Farmers State Bank of Albert, a small community bank serving the hardworking farmers of central Kansas. In 1971, the Robbins family purchased the bank and began expanding its reach while preserving its deep community roots. Still family-owned today, the bank has grown steadily under their leadership, guided by the same values of integrity, service, and care.

Farmers Bank of Kansas City opened in Overland Park in 2001 as part of that legacy, bringing the strength and stability of Farmers Bank & Trust to the Kansas City area. Today, we serve customers nationwide with the same hometown heart that shaped our beginnings.
